Can I use you only occasionally?

Absolutely.  Most such work is performed on an hourly basis , and can usually be arranged on short notice.  Try us once as a fill-in -- we're confident you'll love us. Saturday service is currently available for first time clients for your convenience.

How do you charge for your Services?

Recurring assignments account for most of our total revenue, and  are mostly performed on a fixed-fee basis. Our Customized Estimates are based on items specific to your home, lifestyle and frequency of service. We will need to speak with you by phone in order to provide an accurate estimate for your home. If you need just a one time cleaning, we will charge based on actual time in your home.

How many cleaners will you send to clean my home?

Generally we send a team of  two or three. Each team will have a working supervisor with them to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our staff members are continually evaluated by our Quality Assurance Manager to ensure we deliver top-notch service consistently.

Will you always send the same people to clean my home?

We assign you a permanent Team Leader, who will change only under extraordinary circumstances. It's her job to keep you happy and ensure that your home is cleaned consistently to your specifications. Our turnover among our Team Leaders is almost zero. Among our other service providers, it is also quite low based on industry standards.

Do I have to be home when you arrive?

No. Most of our customers are not home and therefore have provided us a key to their home. No personal information is attached to your key. Your key is in a secure key safe and checked out to our team supervisor on the morning of your service and checked back in at the end of the day.  If you prefer, you may provide other means of entry for us should you decide to do so. Of course you may stay home to watch our maids work if you really want to, but please be considerate and allow them to work without interruption or distractions if possible.
